Spring clean your mental health

It doesn’t need to be spring to check in and see how your mental health is tracking!

Understanding our mental health can sometimes require some ‘maintenance’ (a bit of dusting here, a full clean there…) can encourage us to keep an eye on when things are tracking well, and when they are might need some TLC.
