Dinukshi is a MIEACT volunteer educator, who joined the team in 2021. She is a second-generation immigrant of Sri Lankan descent, a daughter, a sister and someone who has struggled with her mental health. Dinukshi has had to care for and support her sister when she confronted significant mental health concerns. Through seeing and supporting her sister through her own mental health journey she has begun to realise she is on her own journey with mental health. In this episode, she will be sharing her story.
