Aisha is a MIEACT volunteer educator, who joined the team in 2021 through the My Mind My Voice project. She is a multi-racial young woman, her father is from Lesothos and her mother is from Malaysia. Aisha shares with you her journey with mental health and the four most important years and moments in her life that impacted her mental health. In the years 2011, 2016, 2019 and 2021 she overcame great adversity, the experiences she went through, the lessons she has learned about herself and shares how she navigates and manages what remains.
