Naomi is a young woman studying medical sciences, she is from Ghana and Kenya and moved to Australia to study at university. She shares with you her story about experiencing mental health concerns and the impact of being from a community where mental health isn’t a thing talked about, and living in a predominantly white country. She speaks of the ups and the downs and how she manages to stay well and look after herself now, as well as the ways she seeks help. In this episode, she will be sharing her story.
