Thriving Minds: Year 3​

Delivered in two sessions with stories, games and guided conversations, Thriving Minds helps students build emotional awareness and practise tools to navigate feelings and seek help with confidence.

Stress and Me: Years 5-6

This program equips Year 5 and 6 students with practical, age-appropriate strategies to understand and manage everyday stress, and know where to seek help.

Know Stress: Years 7-8

This program helps students build a stronger understanding of stress and equips them with age-appropriate strategies, and tools to manage it effectively.

Stress Better: Years 10-12

This program provides senior students with a comprehensive understanding of stress, including its underlying scientific principles.

Mental Health and Me: Years 7-8

This program provides a foundational understanding of mental health through the power of lived-experience storytelling.

Mental Health 201: Years 10-12

This program addresses stigma and promotes help seeking through the power of lived experience story sharing.
