Any Body’s Cool
This workshop engages participants to critically analyse multimedia messaging and reflect on how attitudes, behaviours, and language impact the body image of themselves and others.
Further resources for Teachers are also provided to build body image friendly classrooms.
This is an interactive session delivered by a qualified facilitator over two classes or a double period. This program covers specific body image issues, then brought together to engage the impact of multi-media and surroundings have on body image for young men and women.

Last year we delivered 21 sessions to ACT Secondary Schools and 5 Teacher groups. Of those who participated 92% identified their attitude to body image had changed as a result of the session.
Participants were able to articulate takeaway messages at the end of the session, including;
“I was always feeling horrible about myself. The program changed the way I think about myself.”
