Episode Fourteen: I am Sam

Sam is a young man who studied engineering in Australia after moving for university. His parents were originally from Hong Kong and Malaysia, Sam spent his childhood growing up in New Zealand before moving to Australia as an adult. He shares with you his story about experiencing mental health concerns, diagnosis and becoming the person they are today. He talks about not just his journey with his mental health and navigating the management of that, but also his journey as a transgender individual. Sam shares some amazing insights and lessons they learned that hopefully can bring you hope in your own journey. In this episode, he will be sharing his story.
